Our famous "root beer chocolate" is still the only one we're aware of here at Tiny House Chocolate. We're always searching for unique and interesting flavor combinations, and our Sarsaparilla 68% chocolate bar is a perfect example of this. It all started with a local tea called Root 66 from Flower Power Teas. The woody taste and incredible aroma of this tea intrigued Gustavo so much that he decided to buy all eight roots listed in the recipe to find the one he was crazy about. That root turned out to be Sarsaparilla, and we knew we had to include it in a chocolate bar.
